Written proposals, structured forms, screen recordings and consolidated feedback let you review the work when it fits your schedule. Calls are available when useful, rather than mandatory.
The detailed intake is reserved for accepted projects. The public inquiry is intentionally shorter.
Checks are matched to the features in your scope. We do not advertise independent accessibility certification.
Standard builds include two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope. We organize feedback so the team can make intentional changes without losing the direction of the project.
Normal copy, image and style refinements within the agreed direction and revision rounds are included. Clarifying an agreed deliverable does not add a fee.
New pages, features, integrations, major design changes or increased quantities may need a written change order. We explain the cost and timeline impact, and obtain your approval before starting added work or charging for it.
Client delays affect the schedule. Projects inactive for 30 consecutive days due to client delays may be terminated under the agreement.
