Website information and examples
This site describes Bridgerow’s services and starting package structure. Portfolio demos are fictional demonstration environments and do not accept real orders or payments. Cornhusker Biosupply is a separate live business built and operated by the team behind Bridgerow.
Scope and third-party costs
The proposal defines deliverables, quantities, integrations, timeline and revision rounds. Essential is $1,500, Professional is $2,500, and Premium starts at $3,500 with complexity quoted separately. Work outside the agreed scope is described in a written change order with any price and timeline effects. It proceeds only after your written approval; there are no unapproved scope charges. Domains, hosting, licenses and provider fees are separate unless specifically included.
Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit is required before production. The remaining balance is due before final launch and handoff unless the written agreement sets other milestones. Deposits and payments may be non-refundable according to that agreement; submitting an inquiry does not create a payment obligation.
Review and revisions
Standard builds include two consolidated rounds of reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Normal refinements inside the approved direction and those rounds are included. Clarifications of agreed work do not add a fee. Materially new requirements use the approved change-order process. Client materials, access and feedback are needed to maintain the schedule.
Inactive projects
Projects inactive for 30 consecutive days because of client delays may be terminated under the final agreement. Rescheduling, remaining work and payments follow that agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients supply accurate business, product and legal information, usable assets and appropriate account access. They are responsible for the rights to supplied content and for requirements from qualified advisors and providers. Do not send passwords or payment secrets through public forms.
Payments, compliance and results
Bridgerow provides website design and technical development. We do not provide legal advice, certify regulatory compliance, source or underwrite merchant accounts, or guarantee processor approval or retention. We do not guarantee search rankings, revenue or other business results.
Ownership and handoff
After final payment, clients retain their website and business-account access. Third-party licenses, pre-existing tools and licensed components remain subject to their own terms. Handoff and included launch support follow the proposal and agreement.
Maintenance
Maintenance is optional and separate. Current plans are month-to-month. Included minor-change time does not roll over, and larger projects are quoted separately. See Maintenance & Support for current pricing and limits.
Questions
Use the contact workflow for service or policy questions. A final project agreement should be reviewed before acceptance.
